• Shipping & Packaging

    We use a standard method of packaging. Rugs are wrapped in plastic and covered in burlap sacking. The carpet is then shipped, through FedEx or DHL, once the payment has been confirmed. Rugs can take up to 10 working days upon ordering.

  • Damages and Insurance

    Saifaiz Rug Company is not liable for the damage to any product. We do insure our products with the courier incase of any damage during transit. The claims are to be made with said courier. If you would require extra assurance about your product's safety during shipping please contact us at info@saifaizrugs.com.

  • Duties/Taxes

    The customer is responsible for the compliance or payment of any duties or taxes applied.

    DHL and FedEx handle customs and clearance. Typically, the courier company sends an invoice after or during the delivery process. Duties range per country, but are usually a small fraction of the total order price.

  • Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel the order, you must do so before the item has been shipped.
