Though we would like to be accommodating, we cannot accept returns from customers at the moment. We operate on thin margins, and shipping heavy textiles from our warehouse in Pakistan can be quite expensive. We will take the extra time to advise you in selecting the right product for you to ensure a return is not needed.
All rugs are insured in case of damage during transit.

Pakistani based Customers
Customers are free to exchange, but not return, rugs within two weeks of purchase as long as the product is in like-new condition. Rugs with stains, rips, or other damages cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to approve or deny the exchange on any reasonable basis.
